- Download, print and fill out the request form.
- Return the request form along with a voided check to our
office.

Payments are due by the 19th . A 10% late charge
will be posted to all balances on the 20th each
month. Your meter is read on the 14th and bills are
processed on the last business day of the month. If
you have not received your bill by the 6th, please
contact our office.
Meter tampering is a third degree misdemeanor in
violation of Florida Statute 812.14. If your water
has been turned off and locked for non-payment and
the meter is tampered with you could be charged up
to $120.
